Jamie Harding began his service at SC2 in September of 2003 as a Purchasing Manager.  In this role he was responsible for overseeing the purchasing of all direct and indirect supplies, as well as contract negotiations for local and company wide services.  Currently he is SC2’s Vice President of Operations for our Bloomington/Normal Operations with responsibility for the day-to-day operations, customer relations, budgeting and fiscal management.  His current accomplishments include leading the transitions of SC2’s first and follow-up acquisitions to successful ventures for both our customers and our employee owners.  Jamie also serves as Vice-Chairman on SC2’s Board of Directors.

Jamie has a Bachelor's degree in Finance & International Business as well as a Masters in Business Administration from Illinois State University.   

Prior to his employment at SC2, Jamie held various management and business positions such as an Operations Manager, Job Accountant, and Pricing Analyst.   

Jamie is very vocal about his pride in being an employee owner and leader of SC2.  He states: "I am proud to be a leader of SC2 because of its never-ending commitment to its employees and customers.  SC2 truly partners with both sides to provide the best service to its customers, while providing unique benefits to its owners." 

He takes his employee ownership very seriously and makes decisions based on what is best for the company.  Jamie says, "Employee ownership affects every decision I make since those decisions directly relate to each and every one of our employees and their financial well-being."
