Kevin McGinty is SC2’s President and Chief Executive Officer.  He began working at SC2 in July of 1986; taking over as President and CEO in 1987.  Kevin has turned a company with 65 employees, 3 facilities, and 2.5 million dollars in sales into a company with approximately 1,000 employees, 9 locations and sales dollars totaling 40 million! 

Throughout Kevin's tenure at SC2, we have experienced growth in almost every area --  revenue, facilities, services provided, technology, employment, benefits and wages, talent, and knowledge. 

Kevin believes that employee ownership gives SC2 a competitive advantage.  As he says,Business ownership, by its nature, instills a sense of pride in all that you do. Since all participate, the environment is contagious and thus promotes universal excellence. Imagine an entire company of Owners.  It takes what is otherwise ordinary and makes it extraordinary.

Kevin gives back to his community by serving as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for the YMCA; he is also the Chairman for Invest In Youth, and he also serves on the Advisory Board for Methodist Medical Center.
