Kevin McGinty is SC2’s President and
Chief Executive Officer. He began
working at SC2 in July of 1986; taking
over as President and CEO in 1987.
Kevin has turned a company with 65 employees,
3 facilities, and 2.5 million dollars
in sales into a company with approximately
1,000 employees, 9 locations and sales
dollars totaling 40 million!
Throughout
Kevin's tenure at SC2, we have experienced
growth in almost every area --
revenue, facilities, services provided,
technology, employment, benefits and
wages, talent, and knowledge.
Kevin believes that employee ownership
gives SC2 a competitive advantage.
As he says, “Business
ownership, by its nature, instills a
sense of pride in all that you do. Since
all participate, the environment is
contagious and thus promotes universal

Kevin takes pride in his leadership
role at SC2 because “Great

Kevin gives back to his community by
serving as the
Vice Chairman of
the Board of Directors for the YMCA;
he is also the Chairman for Invest In
Youth, and he also serves on the Advisory
Board for Methodist Medical Center.
