Blasting

Do you have small piece parts and large piece parts that need blasting? SC2 offers specialty surface preparation for your smallest piece parts by utilizing our cabinet blast equipment.

We operate Wheel-A-Brator processing equipment that can produce high volumes in just minutes using steel shot media (Wheel-A-Brator dimensional cube is 5 feet).

Our blast media is a steel shot finish that can meet your needs for the next process! The blast room provides the most controlled process for parts up to 20’L x 10’W x 10’H.

And for those extremely large parts? We have a process utilizing slag media that can handle parts up to 25’L x 20’W x 10’H.

Preservatives

Preservation of your product is our number one goal! SC2 provides processes and solutions to protect your product from all of those corrosive opportunities. We are experts in cleaning and preserving piece parts for just a few days all the way up to a five-year shelf life. SC2 has constructed process lines for long-term business as well as worked with engineering companies to provide short-term solutions. We work with customers and chemical suppliers to provide the best solution to meet your needs.
